Our History
Petro Setareh Falat Oil and Gas Industrial Group began its operations in 2015 with the aim of investing in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, commercial, investment, and service companies, while leveraging the vast capacities available in the country. Through its ownership of manufacturing companies across various industries, including oil, petrochemicals, automotive parts, dairy products, and food industries, the Group has gained a significant share in the country’s production and employment.
By applying systematic management, developing strategic plans for itself and all its subsidiary companies, diversifying and investing in its investment portfolio to enhance profitability and expand the production of a diverse range of products and by-products, implementing and developing strategic projects within its subsidiaries in line with sustainable development, protecting the environment, applying occupational health and safety standards, increasing employment, managing the sales and export of products without intermediaries, implementing production bottleneck removal projects in its covered units, and enabling access to maximum nominal production capacity, the company has put these objectives into practice across various fields.
Furthermore, relying on the experience and capabilities of its specialized workforce, the company welcomes the expansion of investment and cooperation in various fields through partnerships with reputable domestic and international companies.
In recent years, China, India, Brazil, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Iraq, Turkey, Romania, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Yemen have been the final destinations for the products of the subsidiary companies of Petro Setareh Falat Oil and Gas Industrial Group.

Petro Setareh Falat Oil and Gas Industrial Group
Kermanshah Oil Refining Company, a public joint-stock company, was commissioned in 1922 with a daily capacity of 2,000 barrels. At the time, this refinery was the second oil refinery in Iran.
The company’s main activity includes the refining and processing of crude oil and other hydrocarbons through a systematic management approach, as well as the production of petroleum products such as liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, kerosene, gas oil, fuel oil, and other derivatives and by-products.
The company’s scope of activity also includes the construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial plants for the production, marketing, sale, and export of various petroleum, chemical, and similar products. In addition, the company is engaged in swap transactions and the purchase of refinery feedstock, including crude oil, gas condensates, natural gas, and petrochemical by-products, from the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company, the National Iranian Oil Company, the National Iranian Gas Company, or any other domestic or international supplier.
Products: Gasoline, gas oil, kerosene, fuel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, Solvent 402, pentane, atmospheric tower residue, Solvent 410, butane gas, and raffinate.
Bistoon Petrochemical Company, a public joint-stock company with the national ID 10660121906, was established on April 26, 1998, and subsequently commenced operations on July 23, 2005.
The company’s main activity is the production of raw materials for solvents, LAB, and HAB. Its scope of activity also includes the construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial plants for the production, marketing, sale, and export of petrochemical products, as well as the storage, import, export, and conversion of all petrochemical materials, by-products, and related derivatives. In addition, the company is engaged in all production, industrial, commercial, technical, and engineering activities related to the aforementioned operations, either directly or indirectly.
Products: Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB), Heavy Alkyl Benzene (HAB), Solvent 402 (Light End), Solvent 502 (Raffinate), and Solvent 503 (Heavy End).
Bistoon Pasteurized Milk and Dairy Company, a private joint-stock company, was registered on February 24, 1966, under registration number 260 and national ID 10660011827 at the Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office of Kermanshah Province. The company commenced operations in November 1967.
The company’s scope of activity, based on a systematic management approach, includes the preparation and production of pasteurized and sterilized milk and dairy products, as well as other related products and their packaging. It also covers the import of raw materials and processed dairy products, industrial machinery for the processing of dairy and food products, packaging materials, and required spare parts.
In addition, the company is engaged in the purchase, sale, distribution, and export of its products, the conduct of all related commercial activities, and obtaining representation from domestic and foreign companies involved in milk products and other food products.
Products: Various dairy products, including milk, yogurt, doogh, cheese, cream, oil, butter, as well as a variety of fruit juices and non-alcoholic malt beverages.
Deniz Abhar Pasteurized Milk Company, a private joint-stock company, was registered on June 12, 2005, under registration number 248266 and national ID 10102888599 as a limited liability company at the Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office of Tehran Province.
The company’s scope of activity includes the purchase, sale, processing, and distribution of various dairy products in bulk and packaged forms, as well as the import and export of milk and all related dairy products. It also includes contributing to the improvement of milk quality across the country, establishing scientific, technical, and research cooperation with domestic and international centers related to the dairy industry, and setting up new related production units.
Products: Various dairy products, including milk, yogurt, doogh, cheese, cream, oil, butter, as well as a variety of fruit juices and non-alcoholic malt beverages.
Alborz Filter Manufacturing Company, a private joint-stock company, was established on May 2, 1972, and registered under registration number 15579 at the Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office of Tehran Province.
The company’s scope of activity includes the production, manufacturing, and sale of various types of filters for different applications of all kinds.
Products: Heavy-duty oil filters, light-duty oil filters, heavy-duty air filters, light-duty air filters, hydraulic filters, diesel fuel filters, water separator filters, and cabin filters.
