Our History
Petrostareh Falat Oil and Gas Industrial Group started its activities in 2015 with the aim of investing in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, commercial, investment and service companies and utilizing the huge capacities available in the country. By owning manufacturing companies in various industries including oil, petrochemicals, auto parts, dairy and food, it has a significant share in the country's production and employment. By applying systematic management, formulating strategic plans for itself and all its subsidiaries, diversifying and investing in the capital portfolio to increase the profitability of producing diverse products and products, establishing and developing strategic plans in its subsidiaries in line with sustainable development and with a view to protecting the environment and implementing occupational safety and health standards and increasing employment, taking over the sale and export of products without the presence of intermediaries, implementing plans to eliminate production bottlenecks in the covered units, achieving maximum nominal production capacity and implementing them in various fields. Petro Setareh Falat Oil and Gas Industrial Group
Kermanshah Oil Refining Company (Public Joint Stock Company) was put into operation in 1922 with a daily capacity of 2,000 barrels. At the time, this refinery was the second largest refinery in Iran. The company’s main activity is to refine and process crude oil and other hydrocarbons, to manufacture petroleum products such as liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, kerosene, gas oil, furnace oil, and other derivatives and by-products. It also builds, operates, and operates industrial plants to produce, market, sell, and export various types of petroleum, chemical, and similar products, and receives swaps and purchases of refinery feedstock (crude oil, gaseous liquids, natural gas, and petrochemical by-products) from the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company, the National Iranian Oil Company, the National Iranian Gas Company, or any other domestic or foreign supplier.
Products: Gasoline, gas oil, kerosene, fuel oil, liquefied petroleum gas, solvent 402, pentane, atmospheric tower residue, solvent 410, butane gas, raffinate.
Bisotun Petrochemical Company (Public Joint Stock Company) with national ID 10660121906 was established as a public joint stock company on 1377/02/06 and subsequently started operating on 1384/05/01. The main activity of the company is the production of raw materials for solvents, LAB and HAB, as well as the construction, commissioning, and operation of industrial factories for the purpose of producing, marketing, selling, and exporting petrochemical products, storing, importing, exporting, and converting all petrochemicals and petrochemical by-products and their related derivatives, and performing all production, industrial, commercial, technical, and engineering activities related to the aforementioned operations (directly or indirectly).

Beeston Pasteurized Milk and Dairy Company (private joint stock company) was registered on 1344/12/05 under number 260 with national ID 10660011827 in the Kermanshah Province Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office and started operating in November 1346. The company’s activities include the supply and production of pasteurized, sterilized milk and dairy products and other materials and their packaging, the import of raw materials and processed dairy products, industrial machinery for processing dairy and food products, packaging equipment and required spare parts, buying and selling, distributing, exporting and carrying out any commercial affairs and obtaining representation from domestic and foreign companies related to milk products and other food products.
Products: All kinds of dairy products including milk, yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, cream, oil, butter, and all kinds of fruit juices and beer.
Deniz Abhar Pasteurized Milk Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was registered as a limited liability company in the Tehran Province Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office on 1384/03/22 under number 248266 with national ID 10102888599. The company’s activities include buying, selling, processing and distributing milk, various dairy products in bulk and packaged form, importing and exporting milk and all its products, helping to increase the quality of milk nationwide, establishing scientific, technical and research contacts with domestic and foreign centers related to the milk industry, and establishing new related units.

Alborz Filter Manufacturing Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was established on 1351/02/12 as a private joint stock company and registered with the Tehran Province Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office under number 15579. The company’s activities include the production, manufacture and sale of various types of filters for various uses of all kinds.
